Unframed print’s sold will be wrapped in craft paper, the wrapped print comes in a tube via mail.
Prints are shipped once a week

Rest of the world – 20 days – €10 costs
Multiple Prints – We aim, where possible, to consolidate prints in your order when we post them out.
Please allow 5 days for turnover, then 20 working days for framing.
Kindly note we only deliver frames in Malta.
Refunds (if applicable)
Any claims for misprinted/defective or damaged items must be submitted via email email@example.com within 4 working days after the product has been received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are misprinted/defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com . Items must be submitted within 4 working days after the product has been received.
Lost In Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
